Can I reopen my account after self-exclusion?

Your account cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period ends. After it expires, you must contact support and complete verification. With permanent self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened.

Does lowering a deposit limit take effect immediately?

Yes, reducing your deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. This rule helps prevent overspending in moments of emotion.

Where can I get help if gaming becomes an addiction?

First, contact vd8bet support — we'll guide you in the right direction. Also talk to family and trusted friends. Seeking advice from a mental health professional is brave and wise.

What's the difference between a cooldown and self-exclusion?

A cooldown is a temporary break – from 1 to 30 days. It helps during mild stress or anxiety. Self-exclusion is a long-term step – from 6 months to permanently – when you feel a serious problem is developing. During self-exclusion, you won't receive promotional communications either.

Can someone else set limits on my behalf?

No, for security reasons only the account holder can set limits. However, if a family member is concerned and the person refuses to seek help, contact our support team — we can offer guidance.

Will I lose bonuses if I use Responsible Gaming tools?

Setting limits may affect your bonus program, as bonuses typically relate to specific deposit amounts. However, we believe your wellbeing matters more than any bonus. All promotional offers are suspended during self-exclusion.

What is Responsible Gaming and why it matters

Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. But like any entertainment, it requires limits. At vd8bet, Responsible Gaming isn't just about following rules – it's a mindset, a habit that keeps your life healthy.

The core principle of Responsible Gaming is simple: never bet what you can't afford to lose. Gaming is for enjoyment, not financial solutions. vd8bet has always believed in this principle.

Ask yourself honestly. If you answer "yes" to 3 or more questions, consider seeking help.

1 Have you ever played much longer than you intended?

2 Does gaming feel like the way to win back lost money?

3 Do you feel moody or anxious when you can't game?

4 Hiding your gaming from family or friends?

5 Are your life responsibilities – work, studies, family – suffering because of gaming?

6 Are you borrowing money to cover financial difficulties and gaming?

7 Does a day feel empty or pointless without gaming?

These questions are for self-reflection. Answering honestly is the first step toward wellbeing.

vd8bet's Responsible Gaming tools

Vd8bet provides its members with a range of effective protective tools. These tools will help you maintain control over your gaming.

1. Set Deposit Limits

You can set your own limits on how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, limits take effect immediately. To increase a limit, you'll need to wait 24 hours, but you can decrease it right away.

2. Set Betting Limits

Decide in advance the maximum amount you'll wager per session or day. This protects you from betting big on impulse.

3. Set Loss Limits

If you lose a certain amount, your account will automatically stop gaming. This protects you from further damage during moments of stress.

4. Session Time Limits

Set a limit on how long you play at once. After a set time, you'll be warned to take a break and may be logged out if necessary.

5. Cooldown Breaks

For a short break, you can pause gaming for 24 hours to 30 days. You won't be able to log in during this period.

6. Self-Exclusion

For longer breaks, you can close your account from 6 months to permanently. No promotional emails or contact will be sent during self-exclusion.

To use these tools, contact vd8bet support or go to your Account Settings.

Healthy Gaming Tips

Responsible Gaming doesn't mean quitting gaming – it means building the right habits. Follow these tips:

Set your budget first: Decide before you play how much you're willing to spend.
Don't play with a losing mindset: Don't chase losses with bigger bets out of anger or frustration.
Take regular breaks: Take a short break every hour to stay physically and mentally fresh.
Don't play while under the influence of alcohol or drugs: It impairs judgment.
Don't make gaming your only entertainment: Make room for family, friends, hobbies — they matter.
Understand the odds: In casino games, the house always has the edge long-term.
Never borrow to play: It leads to financial crisis.
